Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, we were informed that our rooms were under maintenance for the weekend without any prior notice, which was disappointing. Although our accommodation was more budget-friendly, it was noisy and not fully prepared. However, the service from the front desk staff, especially Shan and Michelle, was exceptionally accommodating and pleasant, making our stay more manageable.
Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms provided convenient accommodations for our family of 8, allowing us to step out onto the lawn and head straight to the beach or pool. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and we were delighted by the incredible sunrises visible from our room's porch, offering a fabulous view of the ocean.
My stay at the hotel was quite nice. The rooms, aside from the floors, were spacious and very clean. The only other complaint was that the caulking/shower surround looked a little grimey. The location was amazing, close to the ocean, and the service was very nice and accommodating despite a minor inconvenience at the restaurant. Although the dining options were pricy and not worth the cost, the facilities, like the pool area, were clean and well-maintained.
